“ Had a great experience at Lincoln yard! The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. I especially appreciated how open and spacious the restaurant felt — it created a comfortable vibe. “ Joined a friend for a cocktail making class at Little Yard and got to enjoy a few incredible appetizers. We received onion dip with homestyle chips; a roasted garlic hummus dip with fresh veg; and a elote flatbread (spread of beans, some fresh corn, some hot peppers, a little cilantro, a little cojita cheese - chefs kiss). Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The hummus was topped with roasted pepper & tabouli, which was a perfect little something extra. The flatbread dough was amazing. You could smell that pizza oven all through the whole building and it makes you crave bread. The restaurant is beautiful; the staff were lovely, attentive; I love a cocktail making class and we created some amazing spring drinks (think seasonal and floral). Made me a fan of tequila again by subbing it in some of my favorite gin cocktails (bees knees, paper plane, and Negroni). We had a good time learning some cocktail history and even left with a thoughtful gift. ”

“ As someone who is gluten-sensitive (non-celiac), this place was a dream. Lots of legit GF options, and a server who was knowledgeable enough to point out where cross contamination might exist (like a shared fryer for the fries). I had the BEST cheeseburger on a GF bun that I've had in YEARS. It wasn't just the quality GF bun, but the way the burger was constructed was excellent and actually held together to the very last bite! The dedicated GF mac-and-cheese felt like a bizarre thing for them to even offer, but it was also excellent! ”

“ TL/DR Good food but most items are not worth the cost. Rotisserie meal idea is fun. Good place for apps and a few drinks I really like Vinsetta Garage so I was excited to try this new place from the same owners. The first thing you notice is the decor....it's hard to place. It's like a combo of 1970's diner, industrial brewery and modern design. It's fun, just takes a minute to find the vibe. Their short cocktail menu is tasty, everything we tried was really good (I recommend the bourbon black tea). Highly recommend the dipping bread appetizer, it was glorious and I would come back just for that. Burger was good but not $22 good as I could barely taste the aioli and their pickled onions threw me off. The patty was incredible. Lobster Mac was ok. Rotisserie meal was tasty and fun, the kids around us seemed to really like it. Service was poor, waitress did not seem to care. I would come back for apps and a few drinks but there are better options nearby (cough cough Griffin Claw) for dinner. ”

“ Lincoln Yard is one of my favorite restaurants in Birmingham, and I have been dining with them since they first opened, and just had dinner to go today, so a review is way overdue. Some of my fondest dishes are their salmon with rice and roasted beets, skatepark bowl, brussel sprout bowl, meringue dessert, and for brunch eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce and English muffin are delicious to the point they are addictive. The staff is always pleasant, thank you. Lincoln Yard also supports first responders and military personnel, a very rare to almost nonexistent kindness in Birmingham. Thank you for your support Lincoln Yard and keep up the great work. We see you! ”
